Introduction
123 Live Help was already installed successfully!
At the client end, 123 Live Help has altogether three different chat clients,
- Admin Panel
- Operator Panel
- Customer Panel
You may login the Admin Panel or Operator Panel respectively via the login panel.
- Default Test Account:
Administrator Account: Operator Account: username: admin username: operatora username: operatorb password: admin password: test password: test
If Windows, Start-> Programs-> 123 Live Help 5.1-> 123LiveHelp
(Choose a role and enter).
But generally speaking, only the Customer Panel will be placed to your site, while the other two clients remain “internal only” and locally. And the most common practice is that the operator and the customer will then interact via a "operator status button" on the specific webpages of your site.
The scenario is: the operator logs in the Operator Panel, meanwhile the "operator status button" on the webpage is turned on automatically. Customer clicks the button to initiate private chat with the operator directly in the Customer Panel. At the back-end the Admin may monitor the conversations in the Admin Panel.
See the diagram below:

On the next page you will see demo of these two sections:
- The operator Status Button
- Customer Panel
